Brother of 3508 Private John Thomas David Biegel and 65008 Private Thomas Louie Biegel.

 

Ernest Biegel transferred to the 25th Machine Gun Company in England in February 1917 and arrived in France in September. In Belgium five weeks later he was killed in action near Passchendaele. He was 22.
